The body of scallop is thick, tasty and sweet. You can use this product to make into your favorite sashimi or sushi dish. Enjoy with a touch of soy sauce and wasabi to further enhance the tasting experience. 

Our Japanese sashimi grade scallop comes in 3 different sizes: 3S (approx. 41-50 pieces per kg), L (approx. 21-25 pieces per kg) and 2L (approx. 16-20 pieces per kg)
